By choosing HMY Sportswear, you’ll be working with an expert team of artists and account representative right here, to produce the best custom clothing you can get. Our clothing is:

How to order our CustomPRO service

Step 1 : Contact us and Setup your account

  • Contact our CustomPRO service by emailing us at
  • Our customer service representative will be your new best friend and will help guide you through the entire order process.

Step 2: Reserve your Space

  • Please decide your desired order shipping week . Let us to check the date for our production. Your finalized order and preliminary design materials will be due to HMY approximately 3-4 weeks before your shipping week.

Step 3: Create your design

Have your own designer?

  2. Request logos from your sponsors in EPS, AI or vector format.
  3. Follow design instructions carefully to create the appropriate artwork for all clothing pieces.
  4. Email your files to your HMY Sportswear representative, following the instructions included in the art guidelines.

Let HMY design your jersey.

  1. Request logos from your sponsors in EPS, AI or vector format.
  2. Compile any design ideas you might have such as sketches, mockups or photos, along with your sponsor logos. (a person or company should never use a trademark or logo without written permission from its owner.)
  3. Make a list of design preferences, color choices and logo placements.
  4. Email design ideas, preferences and logo files to your HMY Sportswear representative. Please include your team name in the subject line,

Step 4: Make Your Final Review

  1. Make sure you have approved an art proof for each item you plan to order including accessories.
  2. Finalize pricing with your customer service representative to ensure you have met product minimums.

Step 5: Let Us Make It

Now your custom clothing order is in our hands. We’ll want to be sure that the final design meets your expectations, so we’ll be sending a proof for you to review. Once that’s approved, our team of dedicated clothing experts will start creating your order. We will contact you mid-way through the production process to let you know how your order is progressing and to arrange final payment. Once your order ships, we’ll send you the tracking information.

  1. Watch your email for final production cut art proofs.
  2. Approve cut art proofs within 1 week to avoid delays.
  3. Relax and let us take your order from here.

Step 6: Congratulations! Your custom order arrived!

We will provide the tracking number and Let you know when to arrive your address.

Orders are normally shipped 3-4 weeks after proof approval. We look forward to helping you with your next order.
